I was listening to a podcast where one guy was looking for a bush, ended up in a small pond just as some ladies happened by. It was hilarious to listen to, although I am sure it was not funny to him at the time. Or even folks participating in marathons....I understand that in some cases there is little shame. I have lost ...I generally don't have THAT problem. I have lost 65 pounds over the last year. Most of the way that I was able to do that fits into my 'Scheduled' philosophy of life. If I can't schedule it, I generally don't do it. With weight loss, it was counting calories and regular meals at regular times. With running, it is scheduled at a regular time every day. Nothing screws with that generally. I, too, started out really liking to run after I discovered podcasts. And Ron's 'A Dieter's Life' was my first, as well... <BR/>I had a meeting last weekend and had to run at an unorthodox time. I hated it. I couldn't find extra energy, the food I had eaten just laid in my tummy, and I just felt drained...<BR/>Anyway...
