Run #10 - TGIF

Thank Goodness It's Flat? Nope... but thank goodness it's Friday! I did my 4-mile easy run in 46:04 for an average pace of 11:31. I should be so speedy during a tempo run! It was beautiful out there. I began in the dark, cool morning. That's right - cool. I couldn't believe it. It didn't take long for it to lighten up. FYI, I run in well-lit areas. Maybe I ran so well due to the carby dinner my husband made us... who knows. Regardless, I had a great run and am ready to face the day. TGIF!
