Run #12 - Interval Training on the Treadmill

I postponed my Labor Day run so I could labor around my house. Does anyone NOT labor on Labor Day?

I made up the run at the gym. My Tuesdays start very early, so I opted for the gym because at 5:15 AM it was still dark outside. There were 10 cars at the gym at that time. Wow! I did 1.5 miles of interval training (10-minute miles for speed, 12.5-minute miles for recovery). Just that short amount of effort made me completely sweaty. That always surprises me. I think the more you exercise, the quicker you are to sweat. But that's just my theory...
