Rest Day Non-Run Workout

After my longrun my husband and I traveled to a wedding in northwest Arkansas. That part of the state is very picturesque in the fall. We stayed at a historic building on the campus on the University of Arkansas that was restored as an inn. We took a mile-long stroll in the moonlight, where we saw Old Main (pictured at left). Awwwww....
Once we returned home today I decided to ride the elliptical machine. While doing so I watched a DVD about the restoration of Frank Lloyd Wright's Heurtley House, which was completed in 1902. It is pictured to the right of Old Main. The DVD was very interesting, and it kept me on the elliptical for about 42 minutes and 4000 steps. Thanks, Frank.
