The soreness from Fit Camp has set in already - less than 24 hours after the fact. While lifting a notebook at work, I realized that my deltoids and biceps are sore. Good!
I read a wonderful tip in Dagny Scott's book last night. To paraphrase, it said to find one positive thing about each run. For example, if the pace was slower than desired, focus on the beautiful scenery you saw, or the way you felt your lungs working to capacity, etc. Well, I may need to be reminded of this often, but I have decided to apply the same goal to all future runs and workouts. If only we could do this in every part of our lives!
