This is my training schedule for the WWH. I'm proud of it! The yellow marks indicate runs I completed. My weekly totals are written to the right of the chart. The grand total is featured at the bottom of that list. I kept the schedule at work so it would be staring me in the face all day long. That worked!
Today my outer thighs are a bit sore, but it's not a big deal. Overall I am feeling GREAT and still riding high on my WWH completion. Yesterday my lower legs were sore, but not today. My big toe nails are also back to normal today.
