
Even though I went to bed on time, somehow I just couldn't get out of bed this morning. I hit the snooze several times before deciding to just sleep in and make up the run tomorrow. I guess my body needed the rest. I usually pop out of bed on running mornings (no kidding!) but not today.

Listen to Hal Higdon... Rest is just as important as training. Put your feet up and enjoy that day...
Been there before! Rest up and you will have a better run later :-)
