LRM Miles Trained To Date: 50
Today I did a 4-mile tempo run. I did an out-and-back "rural" course. It wasn't a struggle, but I would qualify it as a "push." I think I did well. It was 64 degrees outside. It rained throughout the night, so it smelled like rain out there. Very nice! I wore my MP3 player and listened mostly to Jimmy Buffet, which reminded me of when my husband and I saw him in concert in Chicago about 14 months ago.
