Sunday on Monday

Yesterday my home phone servcie was interrupted for most of the day (and still is) due to construction in my area, as was my internet access. Grrr! I wanted to post that I got a "workout" painting my dining room, plus 40 minutes on the elliptical machine. And, for once, I was a tiny bit sore from my longrun!
