Fit Camp, Night #3

I am so glad that I signed up for Fit Camp. I am challenged each session!

Tonight we did more of the same, yet we managed to add a bit more cardio/strengthening exercises that required balance. Now that is a mix! After all of that we did a mere 10 minutes of ab work (because the outdoors cardio/strength took 50 minutes).

I mentioned to Tonya, the female trainer, how I opted out of lunges on Friday and said nothing to D.D. about it. She said that was quite alright, and he mentioned it to her -- knowing I was "injured." Well how nice! Those folks pay attention! Tonight there was nothing that I had to opt out of, and I was happy about that.

Soon they are going to incorporate upper body work. Oh my!

Glad you're able to fully participate and that you're feeling challenged. I've attended two short term camps (3-4 days) and have gotten a LOT out of them, even though I was usually the least experienced person there!

Sounds like a long Yoga session. I'm impressed that with all the runnin' you been doing, you go to boot camp on top of that. I wish I had 60 days left (instead of 3) to get ready for a marathon.
