Massage, Anyone?

I am very lucky. I have an amazing husband and amazing friends. One is Melissa. She and I were in college together. She is someone that I can always, always, always turn to when it is time to either laugh or vent! Some people are just gifted listeners and/or problem solvers -- and Melissa is one of them. My sweet friend works for the American Massage Therapy Association. After hearing my current woes about training and injuries, she sent me a care package!

Check out that loot! There's a huge tube of Biofreeze (which is worth its weight in gold to me - a miracle product!), two small bottles of warming ointment for deep tissue massages, a larger bottle of lotion for strained muscles, a BIG container of massage creme for inflammation and pain relief (hello - perfect!), literature on all of it, including an instructive CD, and the best of all - a sweet note.

WOW - I am floored. This is like a dozen roses in runner land! :)
