With one inquisitive phonecall I learned that Dr. C will not be to my clinic location (there are multiple locations of this particular group) until Wednesday, and at that time he'll get to review my MRI... which I was just told won't get to them until probably Monday. Aargh!
So, more waiting is in order. At least now I am not sitting and staring at the phone!

Is he an Ortho doc or Podiatrist? Just curious, you may have posted and I may have missed it. I'm glad you went to see him and are being so patient, being injured sucks, not knowing what's wrong sucks more.
that is SOOOO annoying! you have way more patience than I do.
My doctor ordered anMRI once for me a few years back when I had a recurring series of calf injuries that would just come on when I ran. Ha! The bean counter behind a desk at GEHA determined that that was too progressive a course of treatment and a more conservative approach was called for; no MRI, no running, just waiting til the injury went away. I'm no longer with GEHA. I'm glad you got your MRI, hopefully it'll be good news.

Oh Susan - what news to be coming back to! You poor girl honey. I am so impressed with your attitude and it is absolutely the right one. You have a lifetime of running ahead of you if you can just take it easy now sweetheart - plenty more races in the can there.
I've missed out on so much - but I'll be on top of it all again soon I promise.
