One Week Down
One week of permission to cycle like crazy is done! One week to go. Then, barring any complications, I can graduate to walking. Tonight, after 5 miles on the bike at the gym, I tried the elliptical machine. That was a whole new world for my ankle, so I just did one mile. I shall not do it again until I graduate to walking. In other "Chasen and Susan" news...
