This morning in glorious 69 degree weather I "ran the park" with Lisa. I was to do 4.5 miles. It was a rather uneventful run (minus a bathroom break or two...) in which we again had lots of good talking time. I averaged 13:57 per mile and probably 8 billion words. Ha! Afterwards I iced both of my knees to try to head off an unpleasant aftermath. We shall see!
My mental attitude towards 'longer' mileage is improving. 4.5 is not that far... :)

Oh, I'm envious of your sub-70 morning!
It's been unseasonably cool in the mornings here too, loving it. I now run at least 4.5 miles, it took me a while to get used to it, but it has helped me, I think. Keep up the good work!!
This cool weather has been awesome, hasn't it? I'm loving it. Makes me want fall to come sooner, just not winter. ;-(
