The run/walk was actually a very good one. I ran my quarter miles with ease, dare I say. And I walked with pep in my step! Here are the splits:
15:13 (fastest clip at 11:26)
15:25 (fastest 11:50)
15:00 (fastest 10:41)
15:35 (fastest 10:38)
15:30 (fastest 10:15)
I wore my ASD Athletes shirt today. Here are some post-run photos:
It looks sweaty at the waist because I had it tucked in during the run. And I am wearing my in-the-house pink Crocs!
See - lots of room to grow in the coming months. Thanks, Coach Terry!

SUSAN!!!!!! Congratulations. How wonderful news. I ran a 4-miler race a while ago and met a wonderful woman 8-month pregnant. She did great. I felt very happy for her, and I hope you can continue your running journey with your baby, conditions permitting.
You tell that beautiful baby of yours that a lot of running moms are waiting too!!!! Congrats again to all the family.
