This weekend was filled with more reading of my latest book: "Runner's World Complete Book of Women's Running" by Dagny Scott. I really like it. As a woman, there's something slightly more appealing about reading something geared towards my gender. Some would say that all running books are similar, but I think each one puts a new spin on things. I am enjoying reading about running since I'm not supposed to be doing it right now!
And, in calorie-burning news, I rode the elliptical machine this morning for another thirty minutes as I watched a DVD about four ladies in New York City...
