Working Out At Home
Today I did a miniature version of Fit Camp in my home. With my two 5-pound freeweights, I worked my upper body a bit. I also did some abs work. Needless to say, this workout didn't push me like one I would have actually done at Fit Camp, but I did feel it. I haven't done strength training since Fit Camp ended (over a month ago), so it didn't take long for my muscles to fatigue. Running four days per week doesn't always leave me enthused to go to the gym 1-2 more days of the week! But I figure every little bit helps...
