Update on Spencer the Dog

I finally got in contact with Mandy, mom to Spencer the chocolate lab. She said they got a call from someone just a stone's throw from where I "lost" him (my word, not hers) and they immediately went to get him, shortly after I originally called her. Oh thank heavens! She again apologized for the inconvenience (she is so sweet!) and said she tried to call me but couldn't get through (we have no caller ID or answering machine at home - we're cel phone addicts) and then they went out of town for about a day and a half. So... Spencer is safe and sound.
