What I AM going to do, though, is continue to rest. I'm going to let this nasty cold run its complete course... and pray that it finishes well before 10 days from now when I am at Soldier Field.
Katie, my fabulous friend who will run the Soldier Field 10 with me, has also been sick recently. We'll be a fine pair come race day! Ha.

You can do it! Keep resting or you'll never get better!
In order to get to the SF10 finish line I will focus on how delightful the sangria will taste afterward! Mmmmm
OK, so things are going around. My roommate is not feeling well. He either has a cold or the flu, So it is only a matter of time. He is not incapicated but very uncomfortable!
I am contemplating my next run and may sign up for the half-marathon soon... Shh, don't tell anyone, though...
Have you tried Airborne? Works wonders for me. Every two hours when I'm not feeling well.
The rest will do you good and you will be a running machine in Chicago.
I wish I was going to be there.
The best thing you can do is get to the race healthy. Rest, rest, rest!
I'll be rooting for ya :-)
Susan, I hope you are feeling better soon! Hang in there.
I so hope you get to feeling better soon~!!
