Thanks to Maddy, I have to reveal six weird things about myself. Here goes:
1) Like my long-lost-sister Maddy (!!!) I also suffer from bruxism. I have grinded my teeth at night since I was BORN. All of my baby teeth (except the front ones) had to be capped. In silver. I was a star before my time! I was "diagnosed" in 2000 (at the ripe old age of 25) with this joy (I guess I never knew exactly why I had all of the caps, before). I, too, had an uber-sexy night guard. It was *lovely* on my honeymoon. WELL - on April 4th of this fine year I took a step towards ridding myself of the horrible habit. I was hypnotized!!!! Yep - it was the most "off the wall" thing that this straight-laced gal has probably ever done. But you know what? No more night guard. $100 solved 32 years worth of problems.
2) Due to a chiropractic incident in 1998, I went for YEARS without using a pillow. Only when I got married did I go back to the land of pillows. It's all about compromise, folks! Still, though, at times I just *have* to lie flat as a board.
3) I am not a big movie watcher. Rarely do I rent them. More often I go to the theatre, but that's just because of dates with my husband.
4) Since childhood my knees pop every time I squat down, as in if I need to pick up something from the floor or get really low to view something really short.
5) My dream job is to be a professional organizer. Send all of your clutter my way! I'll fix it!
6) At last count I have visited 39 states, 18 countries (plus Puerto Rico...) and 4 continents.
