I can't believe it. This blog has now been in existence for one year. Today!
It was probably the most wise decision I could have possibly made for my running. I have made, at first pass at a count, 14 online running friends. 14!!! I have gotten to know people, received support, and I have learned lots of tips and tricks from my new friends.
