My Training Plan

Coach Terry has done it again! He has prepared for me an awesome 10-week training schedule for my upcoming 10-mile race. I will average around 25 miles per week until the last few weeks. My longruns will all be 10 or 12 miles, except for the 10k race I get to do on May 5th and the last taper week. I am really going to be focusing on speed. It should be equally challenging and rewarding!

Wow, I need a coach Terry. I feel so unorganized in my approach to training.

Good luck with the speed training. Haven't tried that, but I need to at some point.

Awesome, awesome, awesome!

How fast are you looking to be?

I am anxious to read as you training progresses.

The weather is so beautiful in Chicago that time of year (most of the time)

There is a chance I will be 2 1/2 hours North in Madison that same weekend (half marathon ;-) ).

Good Times!

Will you be logging your training on Buckeye Outdoors? Would be cool to track your progress there!

Way to go coach Terry!
